dada: sit down on your bottom
quinn: (he doesn't)
dada: sit down on your bottom (more firm this time)
quinn: (he smiles and leans over to give an unsolicited kiss! unheard of!!! although we know he is giving kisses to hopefully get his way, it is still damn sweet)
dada: thank you!
quinn: and another kiss, and another and another!
dada: (and mama start to get teary) thank you! can you say i love you? (he hasn't said this phrase, even though i try to get him to often)
quinn: uv u!
dada: i love you too!
we both wipe the tears away as quinn heads to the next toy.
*sigh* life is good
